I’ve been accepted into the master’s program at TU Delft and will be starting my studies next semester. That’s why I’m looking for a place to live in Delft. I’m preferably looking for a long-term rental starting in August. A few facts about me: I’m an active guy who really enjoys sports. I ride a roadbike, run a lot, and love playing volleyball or beach volleyball with friends. Besides sports, I enjoy spending time with friends, relaxing in the evenings with a few beers and card games, or cooking together with others. I would describe myself as open-minded and someone who enjoys meeting new people. I also make sure the apartment stays neat and clean so that everyone feels comfortable and at home. Starting from late August, I will be pursuing my Master’s degree in Architecture at TU Delft. Why do I think I would make a great roommate? Besides the fact that my English level allows me to keep up long conversations on many topics, I am a master of household order: I sacredly respect the unwritten code of cleanliness. I possess a unique genetic code that compels me to recap the toothpaste tube, put things back where they belong, and wash my coffee mug immediately, rather than "in five minutes." I respect my roommates' food boundaries. I never touch anyone else's yogurts in the fridge, I don't leave empty cartons inside just for show, and I know how to cook meals that won't trigger the smoke alarm. I love to cook, and I'm good at it. My culinary highlights include homemade pizza and tiramisu.
