Hey Hey, Ik ben Loes, 18 jaar en vanaf september ga ik Muziektherapie studeren aan de HAN. Ik woon nu nog bij mijn ouders in Sint-Michielsgestel. Ik kijk er erg naar uit om nieuwe mensen te leren kennen en echt een een leven in Nijmegen op te bouwen. In mijn vrije tijd speel ik hoorn in verschillende orkesten en houd ik van fotograferen, koken, wandelen en (wedstrijd)zwemmen. Ik ben graag sociaal en vind het leuk om een drankje te doen of gewoon lekker te kletsen, maar ik ben ook rustig en kan prima mijn eigen ding doen. Ik ga daarnaast netjes met spullen en meubels om. I'm Chani, 27, and I work in quality assurance for medical technology. For the past five years I've built and run the quality systems behind medical devices , most recently as senior QA officer on an autonomous medical robot, and now as quality and risk lead at Niavicta, where I'm also co-founder. I have an M.A. in International Management, with a thesis on the adoption of autonomous medical devices that was graded with distinction, and a B.Sc. in Physiology and Psychology, cum laude. I'm originally from South Africa, where I worked in medical device regulation before moving to the Netherlands in 2023. I've been in Utrecht since then, so this would be a local move rather than a fresh start, I know the area and I'm settled here. Outside work I'm at the gym a few times a week and I walk a lot; it's how I get away from a screen. The rest of my free time mostly goes into programming , I'm usually building something, learning a new tool, or taking a system apart to see how it works. As a housemate I'm tidy, self-sufficient and easy to live alongside. I cook properly, clean up after myself, and I'm not someone who fills the house with people. I like coming home to a calm place at the end of the day. I'm not a student, which in practice means a steady income, a predictable weekday routine, and no plans to move out at the end of a semester.
