My name is Lorenzo, I’m a 26-year-old PhD student from Italy, and I’m looking for a room, studio, or apartment in Delft (or nearby well-connected areas) from October 1st, 2026, to March 31st, 2027 (6 months). I need a place where municipality registration (inschrijven) is possible, and I’m open to both standard contracts and sublets. I hold a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Padova, and I will be at TU Delft for a 6-month research visit in Computational Fluid Dynamics at the Process & Energy Department. My stay is fully funded. I have over 7 years of experience in shared housing, so I’m very used to co-living routines. I am clean, organized, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. In my free time, I enjoy cooking dinners, playing board games, or going for outdoor walks with flatmates, while always respecting everyone's privacy and space. Since I am currently in Italy, I won't be able to attend viewings in person, but I would be happy to schedule a video call to meet and see the room. Betrokkenheid en begeleiding vanuit ons is daarbij mogelijk. De bedoeling is dat je onderdeel wordt van het huishouden, bijvoorbeeld door gezamenlijk (avond) te eten en het huishouden te delen, zoals gebruikelijk in een gedeelde woonomgeving. Bij wederzijdse tevredenheid is een langer verblijf bespreekbaar.
