Ik ben Lotte, 2e jaars student bouwkunde aan de TU en tevens 2e jaars bij Virgiel. Als jullie een leuke, actieve en ondernemende huisgenoot zoeken wil ik heel graag met jullie kennismaken! Over mij Hoi! Ik ben Rens, 23 jaar, en ik ben op zoek naar een fijne nieuwe thuisbasis in Utrecht. Na het afronden van mijn opleiding Built Environment ben ik inmiddels fulltime aan de slag gegaan als civiel project ingenieur en product owner bij een startup. Met of zonder huisgenoten wonen zou voor mij geen probleem zijn. Ik vind het leuk om ‘s avonds verhalen te delen bij het eten maar ook in een zelfstandige woning kan ik mijn ei goed kwijt. First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around €2400 monthly and €29k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van koken, sporten, terrasjes pakken, borrelen en leuke dingen ondernemen met vrienden. Voor een studentenhuis lijkt het me heel gezellig om af en toe samen te eten, een wijntje te drinken of gewoon lekker bij te kletsen. Tegelijkertijd kan ik mezelf prima vermaken en vind ik het belangrijk dat iedereen ook lekker haar of zijn eigen leven heeft. Ik sta daarom open voor zowel een gezellig studentenhuis als een fijne zelfstandige kamer of studio. Dear reader, As a fourth-year law student at the University of Groningen, I am looking for a nice apartment/studio where I can live for the long term!
