Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik zoek een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei

Hello, we are Tsjerk (26) and Elbrich (22). We are both still studying at Hanze University of Applied Sciences; Tsjerk is in his third year of Chemical Engineering and Elbrich in her second year of Physiotherapy. In addition to our studies, we both work in the hospitality industry: Tsjerk as a waiter at De Graansilo and Elbrich in the kitchen of Het Goudkantoor. Tsjerk also works for himself as a personal coach in strength training and has just started a paid internship at FrieslandCampina. We are quiet tenants and have been living together for about two years in Tsjerk's studio on Schuitendiep. We both exercise a lot and very enthusiastically, and compete in strength training. Tsjerk also competes in international competitions. Sport is therefore a big part of our lives, and to have room for that, we are looking for a place of our own where we can live according to our own rhythm. Given that our current studio is located right in front of Poelestraat, we sometimes experience nuisance and are looking for a quieter and more spacious home to spend time together. Tsjerk first lived in the Oosterpoort district for two years and has now been living in a studio on the Schuitendiep opposite the pool for four years. Elbrich first lived in a quiet student house in the Korreweg district for two years and has now been living with Tsjerk in the studio for two years.
