Beste verhuurder, Wij zijn twee masterstudenten uit Tilburg, studerend in Nijmegen. Een van ons heeft de afgelopen twee jaar een woning in Den Haag gehuurd. We kijken er heel erg naar uit om ons leven in Nijmegen te beginnen en dat doen we graag op deze plek!  Wij werken allebei part-time als logistiek medewerker, en samen met studiebeurzen en stagevergoedingen hebben wij een gedeeld inkomen van circa 4000 per maand. Bovendien hebben wij beide lieve ouders die genoeg verdienen om eventueel garant te staan. Wij beschikken over alle benodige documenten, en ook een huurdersverklaring.  Voor de rest hebben wij geen specifieke voorkeuren, we roken niet en hebben ook geen huisdieren. Hi there! My name is Jason, I am 23 years old and I'll be visiting the University of Amsterdam for an Erasmus semester starting August 31st 2026 till January 31st 2027. I am currently living in Konstanz, Germany. I study sociology in my 4th semester now and I also study political science as my minor subject. I would describe myself as a very vibrant and social but also as a very sensitive person. I love engaging with people and to communicate with them, even if they're strangers to me. As I am a student in my home country I already have a lot of experience in living with roommates and how to coordinate everything with them. It's very important for me that everyone gets along with each other so everyone can feel like they're at home. Furthermore, I am very aware of leaving my working spaces clean, e.g. in the kitchen. My studies start on August 31st. It would be ideal for me to move in mid-August but I'd also be able to pay rent beginning August 1st. Financially I am supported by a lot of "programs". I receive student loans in my home country and will also get it for studying abroad. Furthermore, I also get an Erasmus scholarship for studying in Amsterdam. Personally, I used to work as a mailman for two years so I still got a lot of savings left. Additionally, I'm also supported directly by my parents and some family members would try to help as well if something ever happens. If it comes to interests there is a variety of stuff that I engage in! :) I enjoy doing sports, especially swimming. Also, I am very interested in a lot of cultural stuff like museums and festivals that are characteristic for a certain country or community. I also recently started to be very interested in comedy shows and poetry slam but I'm not too deep about that yet.
