My personality and the way I treat my relationships carry over into how I like to share a flat: a combination of communication, patience, and being a good listener. I have a lot of experience living communally, since I moved to Madrid at 18 and have since lived with people from different backgrounds in Madrid, Warsaw, Kamperland (NL), Seville, and Dublin. I'm respectful, clean, tidy, and open-minded. I clean up after myself every time I cook, and I like to maintain the house during the week. I'm happy to divide chores weekly with roommates, but open to other systems too. I’m Cristina, 25 years old, and I’ve been living in Amsterdamfor a while now. I work full-time in digital marketing as a team lead at an agency, and besides that I also run my own jewelry art studio at Treehouse NDSM. Most of my free time somehow ends up in the studio making jewelry or metal sculptures, which I genuinely love. I’d say I’m a very open-minded, friendly, and easygoing person. I like having a warm and comfortable home atmosphere, where everyone feels relaxed and at ease. Outside of work, I’m into cooking, dinners with friends, jazz music, and all the small cozy things that make a place feel like home. For example, the building where I lived during my 3 years in Zoeterwoude-Dorp was majoritarily inhabited by elderly people, hence I found it a priority to not disturb their peace and maintain a friendly relationship with them. Throughout my 3 years living there, I have never had any issues or disagreements with my landlord or the neighbours. Being an active member of the university football team at Leiden University, I like to spend most of my time, besides studying and working as an online tutor, outdoors. Furthermore, I do not smoke and do not have any pets.
