Mijn naam is Sion en samen met mijn vriendin Kyra zijn wij op zoek naar onze eerste eigen plek. Het afgelopen jaar hebben wij met veel plezier in de buurt Helpman gewoond, samen met mijn broer en schoonzus. Nu zijn we klaar voor de volgende stap en willen we graag een eigen plek. Wat onze situatie betreft: Ik ben momenteel bezig met de Master Ondernemingsrecht aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen en werk daarnaast als senior dossierbehandeling aardbevingsschade. Mijn vriendin Kyra studeert Toegepaste Psychologie aan de Hanzehogeschool en werkt als overblijfjuf en administratief medewerkster. Samen hebben we een stabiel gezamenlijk inkomen van €3300 per maand. Wij bevinden ons niet meer in het typische studentenleven. We hebben beide stabiele banen en zijn rustige huurders die zorgvuldig omgaan met onze woonruimte. We hopen dat u ons in overweging wilt nemen als huurders voor de woning.
