In addition, I have personal savings that would allow me to cover at least eight months of rent on my own, providing an extra financial safety net. I also plan to start looking for a part-time job as soon as I have registered with the municipality. I will be arriving in The Netherlands in early August and will be available for viewings after that date. If the rental period begins before I arrive, that is absolutely not a problem, I am happy to start paying rent from the agreed start date even if I have not yet moved in.
