My name is Anastasija, and I am 22 years old and just-graduated Master's student from Tilburg University. As I currently live in a student housing, I am looking for a new place to reside in starting from the beginning of September. I would be very happy to be a potential new tenant for this property! I have lived in two separate properties during my studies, and in both cases I have left the places in good conditions and have left a good impression! However, to ensure that there are no delays in payments, I have a guarantor – my father, - who is an ICT cunsultant working from Riga, Lativa, and who can secure all the payments if needed.
