I'm looking for a room or studio for one. I don't smoke , haven't any animals. I lead a quiet lifestyle, like learning language like English and Dutch, also I do sport 2-3 times per week go to gym or do yoga. I like it when clean and tidy.

Ik ben Joram, 18 jaar oud zit in mijn eerste jaar civiele techniek in Delft. Ik zit naast de studie ook bij de Bolk (kleinere gezelligheidsvereniging) en voetbal bij Ariston. Ik ben een groot sportliefhebber en ben momenteel actief als navigator in de rally raid-wereld. Mijn grote doel? Meedoen aan de Dakar Rally in 2026! Misschien hebben jullie wat meegekregen van de Parijs-Dakar die nu bezig is – dat is waar ik me volop op aan het voorbereiden ben. Eerder heb ik deelgenomen aan de Volvo Ocean Race als professioneel offshore zeiler. Sport en avontuur zit dus wel aardig in mij. Naast sport en studie werk ik ook in de horeca als bediende, het liefst achter de bar maar momenteel als bediende. Met sport als uitlaatklep ben ik eigenlijk een rustig en nuchter persoon. Ik ben Sem, ik ben 21 jaar en zit in het 4e jaar van mijn studie Technische Informatica op Saxion. Ik ga van februari 2026 tot en met februari 2026 een bestuursjaar doen bij Sociëteit Asterion, de kroeg van AEGEE-Enschede. Naast mijn bestuursjaar ga ik een paar studiepunten doen die ik heb gemist uit mijn minor. Na mijn bestuursjaar ga ik afstuderen van mijn bachelor en ik ben van plan daarna de master Computer Science te volgen. Ik ben in 2024 lid geworden van AEGEE-Enschede en ben daar actief binnen mijn jaarclub Praestantia Vitae en mijn dispuut P.C.S.A. Incognito. Ik ben geboren en getogen in Enschede, maar heb vorig jaar besloten om uit huis te gaan toen ik de kans kreeg om een half jaar onder te huren van een jaarclubgenoot. Ik hou van video games spelen, 3d printen en ben 2 keer per week te vinden op de borrelavonden van AEGEE.

Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik zoek een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei
