I am the founder of a technology startup and will be developing our business in the Netherlands. Since we have just arrived, we do not yet have Dutch payslips, but we can provide proof of our financial resources, residence documents, and any other required information. We are responsible, clean, and respectful tenants. We do not smoke and we do not have pets. We will take excellent care of the property as if it were our own home. Lovely Room

Wij zijn Huize Twee9, een gezellig studentenhuis met zowel Saxion als UT studenten. We eten elke avond samen in onze woonkamer of op ons dakterras in de zomer. We zijn allemaal actief bij studie/studenten/sportverenigingen. Om de week houden we maandag een huisavond waar we samen spelletjes spelen, EOTB of een film kijken of leuke activiteiten ondernemen, zoals thema-huisavonden. Ook gaan we regelmatig met elkaar naar festivals en organiseren we elk jaar SinterKerst en Nieuw.
