29yo Aussie homeowner looking for a place with registration

Hi, I’m Josse! I’m a 20-year-old from France and I’ll be starting a Bachelor’s in Urban Studies at Leiden University. I’m currently looking for accommodation in The Hague, but I’m also open to nearby cities such as Delft or Leiden. Ideally, I’m looking for a comfortable and stable place where I can focus on my studies while also enjoying student life. I’m responsible, organized, and already used to living independently. I’ve rented accommodation before and have always taken good care of the property, respected house rules, and completed my rental periods without any issues. I’ve consistently received my full deposit back, which reflects how seriously I take being a reliable tenant. At the same time, I’m an easygoing and respectful person to live with. I value a clean and calm environment, but I also enjoy meeting new people and being part of a friendly household. As an Urban Studies student, living in a city like The Hague really excites me because of its international atmosphere and dynamic urban life. I’m committed to clear communication, paying rent on time, and taking good care of the space throughout my stay. I’m looking forward to finding a place where I can feel at home during my studies.

My boyfriend and I are looking for an apartment in Amsterdam. I am 32 years old and he is 30 years old. I’m a graphic designer and currently work remotely for an Argentinian company and my boyfriend works as a breakfast chef at The Hendriks Hotel in Amsterdam. We've been together for three years. Hoi allemaal, ​Ik ben Lynn, bijna 19 jaar oud, en na een tussenjaar ga ik in augustus beginnen in Delft aan de TU; mijn eerste keuze is Bouwkunde (fingers crossed voor de selectie 🤞), en anders ga ik voor Industrieel Ontwerp. Daarom zoek ik een gezellige plek in Delft! ​Wie ben ik? Ik ben een makkelijk en sociaal persoon. In mijn vrije tijd speel ik tennis, speel ik gitaar en afhankelijk van het seizoen, surf of ski ik. Afgelopen jaar heb ik een tussenjaar gehad waarin ik door Chili, Bolivia en Peru heb gereisd (inclusief de hike naar Machu Picchu!). Verder ben ik door mijn bijbaantjes in de horeca en winkels wel wat drukte gewend en kan ik prima mijn eigen boontjes doppen. ​Wat breng ik mee? Een boel gezelligheid! Ik sta graag in de keuken, dus verwacht af en toe een goede maaltijdsalade, een verse taart of andere lekkere dingen. Daarnaast vind ik het leuk om creatief bezig te zijn: ik maak juwelen, speel gitaar en kan best wel aardig cocktails shaken. ​Wat zoek ik? Ik ben op zoek naar een gezellig huis waar vaak samen wordt gegeten, in de woonkamer wordt gechild of een drankje wordt gedaan. Tegelijkertijd vind ik het ook chill als iedereen de ruimte heeft om lekker z'n eigen ding te doen of even de deur dicht te trekken om te studeren of bij te komen. ​Lijkt het jullie gezellig als ik een keertje langskom op een instemming/hospiteeravond?
