Hey! I'm 25 years old and currently in my final year of Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam. The next year will be my first year in Amsterdam, until now I could only study remotely due to an ongoing battle with cancer. I couldn't be more excited to be finally healthy and ready to follow my dreams and move to the Netherlands. I’m a fairly introverted person who enjoys his peace and privacy, but I also really value meaningful conversations and spending time with other people when it feels right. In my free time, I enjoy reading, swimming, biking, and watching some tennis or ice hockey. My biggest passion, though, is travelling and discovering new places, cultures, and cuisines. I’m responsible, quiet, and respectful, I don’t smoke or drink, and really the only challenge you might face with me is my occasional questionable cooking attempts.

Dear sir/madam, I am a first year masters student in Vrije University, studying computer science. I am currently residing in university dorms but my contract is going to end this year. I am 24 years old and I work part time at a cleaning agency, making ~700 euros a month. My main source of income comes from my parents, covering rent and similar expenses. I am a clean and reliable housemate, and lived with other people in different dorms for 5+ years. I am planning on staying in Amsterdam indefinitely, and during the process getting better jobs. For my hobbies, I like playing table tennis and watching foreign movies.

I really love art and music. Drawing is something I find easy, and I play the piano. Oh, and origami! I've gotten really good at it :-) But, what I want to do in the future is science. I love talking about all sorts of things and hearing what other people think. And I've done a lot of volunteering, which has been really cool. I'm pretty independent, and I get really excited about things that interest me. But I always try to be respectful of what other people think. And if there's a science project, I'm usually in! Hoi, ik ben Mika, 21 jaar en ik zoek vanaf 1 september een kamer in Enschede voor mijn pre-master en master. Op dit moment ben ik bezig met het afronden mijn studie Facility Management aan de HAN University of Applied Sciences in Nijmegen. Vanaf september 2026 start ik met de master Business Administration aan de Universiteit Twente. Daarom zoek ik een kamer voor ongeveer 1,5 jaar. In mijn vrije tijd kijk ik graag films, thuis of in de bioscoop, game ik en speel ik korfbal. Ik zou mezelf omschrijven als een sociaal persoon en vind samen eten en af en toe iets doen in huis leuk, maar ik waardeer tegelijkertijd ook rust en mijn eigen ruimte. Ik zoek een gezellig huis met een goede sfeer en rook niet. Gemengd of niet-gemengd wonen heeft voor mij geen voorkeur.

Ik ben Menno, 17 (in mei 18) jaar en ga aankomend schooljaar beginnen aan de studie mechanical engineering aan de TU. Ik kom uit Urk en hoop voor de komende studentenjaren in Enschede te kunnen doorbrengen. Ik ben een sociale en actieve gast die niet graag de hele avond alleen op zijn kamer zit. Daar horen natuurlijk ook een aantal hobby's bij. Ik hou van muziek maken en doe dit als slagwerker bij Showband Urk, waar we ook van gezelligheid houden. Ook ben ik bezig met audio- en videotechniek. Dit doe ik als geluidsman voor een kerk, maar ook bij feestjes kan je me vinden om de techniek te regelen. Ook kan een stukje sport niet ontbreken. Ik doe de laatste tijd aan hardlopen maar diverse sporten vind ik leuk om te doen.
