Geachte heer/mevrouw, Mijn naam is Lot, ik ben 19 jaar oud en samen met mijn vriendin Nora (20) ben ik op zoek naar een fijne woning waar wij samen kunnen gaan wonen. Op dit moment wonen wij beiden nog thuis in Dordrecht. Ik studeer aan de VaVo voor mijn VWO diploma, Nora studeert Integrale Veiligheidskunde aan de Hogeschool Avans in Breda. Wij zijn inmiddels toe aan de volgende stap en willen graag samen een eigen, rustige woonplek creëren waar wij voor langere tijd kunnen blijven wonen. Wij zijn een rustig en verantwoordelijk koppel. Wij roken niet, hebben geen huisdieren en vinden het belangrijk om zorgvuldig en netjes met onze woning en woonomgeving om te gaan. Op dit moment zit ik in de ziektewet vanwege een gebroken arm. Nadat ik hersteld ben kan ik weer mijn werkzaamheden oppakken. Daarnaast heeft Nora inkomen van haar studiefinanciering en stage, op dit moment loopt zij stage in Dordrecht. Op dit moment bedraagt ons bruto inkomen rond de 1500-2000 per maand. Daarnaast beschikken wij gezamenlijk over circa €110.000 aan eigen vermogen. Dit vermogen is volledig aantoonbaar en biedt ons ruime financiële zekerheid om de maandelijkse huur en overige woonlasten te kunnen dragen. Indien gewenst kunnen wij uiteraard bewijsstukken van zowel ons vermogen als onze inkomsten aanleveren. De woning spreekt ons erg aan en sluit goed aan bij wat wij zoeken voor onze eerste woning samen. Wij zouden daarom heel graag in aanmerking komen voor een bezichtiging en vertellen tijdens een kennismaking natuurlijk graag meer over onszelf. Hi there, I’m Sehar Abdullah, a 27-year-old Indian doing her Erasmus Mundus ReD Global (Religious Diversity in a Globalised World) Master’s at the University of Groningen. I’m returning to Groningen this semester after completing my mandatory mobility semester in Spain (wherein I dabbled with learning Spanish as well). I am looking for a room/studio for a longer period, since I'm going to spend my coming academic year at RUG. About me: I’m a quiet, responsible, and reliable tenant. Most of my time, I can be found in the library, researching, writing and reading some more. I enjoy reading fiction, journalling, as much as good conversations. I also enjoy going for long walks. I'm also working with one of my professors at RUG on a project on Climate change, which keeps me busy along with my own studies. In my first Semester at RUG, I lived at SSH Winschoterdiep and had a very rewarding experience. It was lovely staying at Winschoterdiep, but I would like to move to a neighbourhood in Groningen instead. My Erasmus Mundus scholarship provides a stable monthly income, which I receive before the end of the month, and I can provide proof of enrolment, proof of funding, and guarantor (my father) details if required.
