Hoi! Ik ben Ishara, 22 jaar oud, en momenteel bezig met afstuderen in Toegepaste Psychologie. Vanaf september start ik aan een nieuwe bachelor Psychologie aan de Radboud University. Sinds mijn 18e woon ik al op kamers in Nijmegen en inmiddels heb ik hier echt mijn eigen leven opgebouwd. Op dit moment woon ik in een studentenhuis met een vrij zelfstandige kamer (eigen keuken en ongeveer 30m²), maar ik merk dat ik nu toe ben aan een volgende stap: een eigen studio of appartement waar ik wat meer rust en mijn eigen ritme kan hebben. Ik ben erg zelfstandig, rustig en netjes. Ik hou van een schoon huis en ben eerlijk gezegd een beetje een stress-schoonmaker, er gaat dus wekelijks wel een doekje over alles heen en de stofzuiger wordt regelmatig gebruikt 😄. Ik ga niet vaak uit, organiseer geen feestjes en ga respectvol om met mijn woonomgeving. Natuurlijk heb ik soms vrienden of familie over de vloer, maar verder leef ik vrij rustig. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van lezen, spelletjes spelen, samen eten met vrienden en gewoon gezelligheid opzoeken. Ik zoek vooral een fijne plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen. Omdat ik volledig op mezelf ga wonen, vind ik het ook belangrijk om goed en open contact te hebben met een huisbaas/verhuurder en duidelijke communicatie te hebben met elkaar. My name is Agnieszka, and together with my boyfriend, Piotr, we are looking for a studio or a small apartment in Enschede or Hengelo with official registration (BSN) for a period of 1 to 2 years, starting this July or August. We are both 24 years old, have been in relationship for over 6 years, and will have finished our Master's programmes in Information Technology by July. In addition, I am pursuing a second Master's degree in Nanotechnology, while Piotr is completing a second Master's degree in Cybersecurity online through the SANS Technology Institute (USA) and is working as a cybersecurity specialist with 4 years of experience. We are diligent, responsible, calm, and quiet people who highly value a clean living environment and engage in local community – I volunteer as a tutor at a children’s home, while Piotr gives lectures in a cybersecurity club to students. We do not smoke and do not have pets. The reason why we are moving to the Netherlands is that Master’s programme in Nanotechnology requires me to spend 1 year at the University of Twente, followed by a 6 to 12-month internship.
