Hoi! Ik ben Ishara, 22 jaar oud, en momenteel bezig met afstuderen in Toegepaste Psychologie. Vanaf september start ik aan een nieuwe bachelor Psychologie aan de Radboud University. Sinds mijn 18e woon ik al op kamers in Nijmegen en inmiddels heb ik hier echt mijn eigen leven opgebouwd. Op dit moment woon ik in een studentenhuis met een vrij zelfstandige kamer (eigen keuken en ongeveer 30m²), maar ik merk dat ik nu toe ben aan een volgende stap: een eigen studio of appartement waar ik wat meer rust en mijn eigen ritme kan hebben. Ik ben erg zelfstandig, rustig en netjes. Ik hou van een schoon huis en ben eerlijk gezegd een beetje een stress-schoonmaker, er gaat dus wekelijks wel een doekje over alles heen en de stofzuiger wordt regelmatig gebruikt 😄. Ik ga niet vaak uit, organiseer geen feestjes en ga respectvol om met mijn woonomgeving. Natuurlijk heb ik soms vrienden of familie over de vloer, maar verder leef ik vrij rustig. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van lezen, spelletjes spelen, samen eten met vrienden en gewoon gezelligheid opzoeken. Ik zoek vooral een fijne plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen. Omdat ik volledig op mezelf ga wonen, vind ik het ook belangrijk om goed en open contact te hebben met een huisbaas/verhuurder en duidelijke communicatie te hebben met elkaar. Ik hoop een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen te vinden waar ik voor langere tijd met plezier kan wonen!

My name is Esther Lainez, I am 24 years old and from Spain, and I have been living in the Netherlands for four years. After finishing my bachelor in International Relations in Groningen, I am moving to The Hague to do the master’s degree The Politics of Artificial Intelligence in the University of Leiden, starting in September 2026. After my master’s degree, I hope to stay indefinitely in the city to work, so I am looking for a rental place where I can stay for a minimum of one year, if possible more. I am currently living in Groningen, but I would like to move to The Hague in August or September. I would also be happy to start a rental contract in July if the opportunity arises. I currently live alone and also wish to live alone in The Hague. The rent and utilities costs are fully covered by my father, Julio Lainez, who can provide bank statements as proof of income and can sign a letter certifying that he will fulfill these payments. Besides my studies I love to be in nature, work on creative projects like knitting or sewing, cook, play Volleyball, and spend time with my friends.
