Hello! My name is Michelle, a Master’s student in Neuroscience from Germany. I will be spending six months in Utrecht for a research project at Utrecht University and am therefore looking for a room in a shared flat from 1 April to 30 September. I have several years of experience living in shared flats and really enjoy the social side of it. I have also lived abroad before, most recently for six months in the United States, so I am very comfortable sharing a home with people from different backgrounds and maintaining a respectful and cooperative living environment. I would describe myself as easygoing, reliable and tidy. I appreciate a friendly and interactive flat where people occasionally chat in the kitchen or cook together, but I also value a calm atmosphere since I will be focusing on my research during my stay. Outside of work I enjoy running and hiking, learning new things (recently crocheting), cooking and baking, and exploring new cities.
