Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Een schoon en opgeruimd huis vind ik erg belangrijk. Hi everyone! My name is Krzysztof, I'm 19 years old and I'm moving from Poland to Nijmegen this August to start my Bachelor’s in Artificial Intelligence at Radboud University. I’m a calm, organized person who truly values his alone time and privacy to recharge, clear my head, and focus on my studies. I'm definitely not a non-stop party animal, but I do enjoy a good balance! Once every while, I love to head out for a casual weekend walk around town, grab a kebab, or share a beer and a good laugh with friends/housemates. Hoi! Ik ben Ishara, 22 jaar oud, en momenteel bezig met afstuderen in Toegepaste Psychologie. Vanaf september start ik aan een nieuwe bachelor Psychologie aan de Radboud University. Sinds mijn 18e woon ik al op kamers in Nijmegen en inmiddels heb ik hier echt mijn eigen leven opgebouwd. Op dit moment woon ik in een studentenhuis met een vrij zelfstandige kamer (eigen keuken en ongeveer 30m²), maar ik merk dat ik nu toe ben aan een volgende stap: een eigen studio of appartement waar ik wat meer rust en mijn eigen ritme kan hebben. Ik ben erg zelfstandig, rustig en netjes. Ik hou van een schoon huis en ben eerlijk gezegd een beetje een stress-schoonmaker, er gaat dus wekelijks wel een doekje over alles heen en de stofzuiger wordt regelmatig gebruikt 😄. Ik ga niet vaak uit, organiseer geen feestjes en ga respectvol om met mijn woonomgeving. Natuurlijk heb ik soms vrienden of familie over de vloer, maar verder leef ik vrij rustig. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van lezen, spelletjes spelen, samen eten met vrienden en gewoon gezelligheid opzoeken. Ik zoek vooral een fijne plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen. Omdat ik volledig op mezelf ga wonen, vind ik het ook belangrijk om goed en open contact te hebben met een huisbaas/verhuurder en duidelijke communicatie te hebben met elkaar.
