MSc Aerospace Engineering student at TU Delft

Mijn naam is Seiya Naito, ik ben een 23-jarige student uit Japan. Ik ben met een working holiday-visum naar Nederland gekomen om te leren hoe het onderwijssysteem hier – dat wereldwijd bekendstaat om het hoge niveau van kindergeluk – in de praktijk wordt gebracht, en hoe kinderen in Nederland leren. In Japan ben ik masterstudent, gespecialiseerd in speciaal onderwijs, met een focus op ontwikkelingsstoornissen, verstandelijke beperkingen en lichamelijke handicaps. Tijdens mijn verblijf in Nederland wil ik ook graag meer leren over het "Rots en Water"-programma, dat op veel Nederlandse scholen wordt toegepast. Ik ben samen met mijn vriendin naar Nederland gekomen en wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een woning waarin wij samen kunnen wonen. Wij zijn van plan om in Nederland te blijven tot februari 2026. Mijn vriendin werkt momenteel in een Japans restaurant in Utrecht. Ik rook niet en hecht veel waarde aan netheid en hygiëne, iets dat diep in de Japanse cultuur is verankerd. About me: I am a member of scouts in Lithuania, I love nature and good conversations with friends (like a debate about a serious issue or about anything interesting, like philosophy).
