Vanaf het nieuwe collegejaar start ik aan de Universiteit Utrecht met de Academische Pabo. Ik wist al vroeg dat ik het onderwijs in wilde, en deze studie is voor mij de absolute droomstap. Thuis in Brussel ben ik een gezellige en levendige boel gewend: ik woon daar met mijn ouders, mijn broertje van 10 en mijn tweelingbroertje en -zusje van 4. Ik ben perfect tweetalig (Nederlands en Frans) en spreek ook Engels, wat handig is in een internationale stad. Daarnaast neem ik graag wat Brusselse gezelligheid mee naar Utrecht: ik ben altijd in voor samen eten, borrelen of een filmavond, en als goedmaker voor mijn Belgische accent wil ik best een keer echte Vlaamse stoofvlees of wafels voor het huis maken! Uiteraard snap ik de balans tussen gezelligheid en studie, en is ook schoonmaken of een eigen taak in huis oppakken voor mij de normaalste zaak van de wereld. Als u een tuintje voor mij heeft, of een lichte ruimte voor een paar kamerplanten, ben ik driedubbel gelukkig! Een niet al te hoog huurbedrag zou mij enorm helpen om mijn kunst, hobby's en roadtrips te financieren. Daarom zou ik graag een woning hebben die in aanmerking komt voor huurtoeslag.
