Dear Future Landlord We’re very interested to rent this room for our son James. He's a friendly, respectful, easygoing young man, really looking forward to starting at Maastricht in September. We live in Portugal, though he recently graduated from an IB high school in America. We can send a “reference” from his guardian in the US if helpful - he stayed with a family there for 2 years finishing high school and very much understands the importance of respecting someone else’s place.
