Nu ben ik bezig met een omscholing: ik begin in september met de studie Toegepaste Psychologie aan de Hanze. Hier heb ik heel veel zin in, maar daar is natuurlijk wel een woonplek voor nodig. Hallo allemaal, Vanaf september studeer in aan de BUAS en ben ik op zoek naar een kamer! Reizen vanaf Houten is toch wel een uitdaging. Ik hou van zingen, een goed gesprek en vind het leuk om te bakken en koken. En ik vind het natuurlijk ook best spannend, dus een gezellige woonplek is meer dan welkom.

My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. I treat everyone with respect and believe that compromises are a key to a comfortable relationships between tenants, as we are all interested in peacefull living with no conflicts. Terms of rental period: I am planning to come to the Netherlands for one semester, starting from September 1st, 2026, and ending on 1st of February, 2027.
