Geachte heer/mevrouw, Met veel enthousiasme reageer ik op de woning die jullie aanbieden. Ik stel mezelf graag even aan u voor. Mijn naam is Vera van Kessel, 28 jaar, en momenteel woon ik in een studio in Bottendaal (Nijmegen). Ik ben bijna 5 jaar werkzaam als docent op de Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, waar ik een vast dienstverband heb. Ik verzorg hier voornamelijk sociologie en communicatielessen aan studenten. Ik heb een maandelijks bruto-inkomen van €3424,33 (excl. vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering). Dit zorgt voor een stabiel inkomen. Gezien ik mijn studio per april moet verlaten ben ik op zoek naar een nieuwe woning. Ik ben op zoek naar een zelfstandige woning rondom het centrum van Nijmegen. De woning die wordt aangeboden spreekt mij dan ook erg aan. In mijn vrije tijd houd ik mij graag bezig met koken, lezen, yoga, wandelen en dansen.  Ik zou mezelf omschrijven als een vrolijk maar rustig persoon. Ik rook niet en heb ook geen huisdier. Ik ben volgens eerdere verhuurders een prettige huurder. Ik betaal netjes op tijd de huur, ben makkelijk in de communicatie en ga zorgvuldig om met de woning en het onderhouden ervan. Hallo! Ik ben een 34-jarige postdoc-onderzoeker aan het Radboudumc. Oorspronkelijk kom ik uit Canada en ik werk de komende twee jaar in Nederland. Ik ben netjes, verantwoordelijk, rustig en vriendelijk. Ik ga zorgvuldig om met mijn woonruimte en houd altijd rekening met anderen.

Ciaoo, ik ben Ella! Ik zit in het laatset jaar van mijn bachelor Graphic Design-opleiding in Utrecht en woon momenteel in Amsterdam Oost. Jammer genoeg moet ik hier snel uit en ben ik daarom opzoek naar een nieuwe gezellige kamer in Amsterdam. Ik ben vaak bezig met nieuwe ontwerpen voor merken, boeken, kledingstukken of galerieprojecten. Naast design vind je me graag in de keuken, waar ik experimenteer met zelfgemaakte gerechten (mijn Aziatische gerechten zijn favoriet!). Of het nu gaat om een spontaan idee voor een uitje, een goed gesprek op de bank of een relaxte filmavond, ik ben altijd in voor wat gezelligheid. Maar tegelijkertijd respecteer ieders behoefte aan rust en ruimte, maar zorg er ook voor dat gemeenschappelijke ruimtes netjes blijven en dat het huis een fijne plek is voor iedereen. Met mij als huisgenoot krijg je niet alleen een schone keuken, maar ook een flinke dosis creativiteit, gezelligheid en avontuur.
