I am coming to Delft to do an exchange for the first semester of the 2026-2027 academic year. I am looking for accommodation from 1/9/2026 to 29/1/2027 and possibly a couple of days either side. I am clean, tidy and respectful of other people's space and I love to cook, travel, camp, go to the beach and generally have fun. Ideally I would like to live in a student house where I can get to meet lots of new like minded people.

Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Een schoon en opgeruimd huis vind ik erg belangrijk. Ik ben dan ook gewend om netjes met spullen om te gaan en pas me moeiteloos aan aan een schoonmaakrooster of gezamenlijke huisregels.Ik hoop dat dit verhaal u aanspreekt en ik maak graag kennis met u tijdens een bezichtiging. I studied literature at Lund's University 2023-2025 as I have a great interest in literature, my favourite literary era being the romantic period of the mid 19th century. In Sweden I was also a collector of Swedish ceramics and porcelain, mainly objects produced between 1850 and 1940. This interest has been put on hold since moving though.
