Hoi hoi! Ik ben Vera, 21 jaar en ik zoek een gezellig huisje in Leiden om in te trekken. In april heb ik mijn mbo-verpleegkunde afgerond en vanaf september ga ik door met de hbo-verpleegkunde aan de Hogeschool Leiden. Dat doe ik duaal, wat eigenlijk betekent dat ik vooral werk en maar één dag per week naar school ga. Ik zit dus al wat meer in het werkende leven, maar wil m’n studententijd natuurlijk niet zomaar voorbij laten gaan. Over mij: ik ben een spontane en enthousiaste meid die houdt van gezelligheid. Samen koken, borrelen, een spelletje, feestje meepakken of gewoon lekker met een filmpje op de bank vind ik allemaal top. Maar ik vind het ook fijn om af en toe even mijn sociale batterij op te laden en m’n eigen ding te doen. Door mijn onregelmatige diensten ben ik niet bij een studentenvereniging gegaan, maar juist daarom lijkt het me extra leuk om in een huis te wonen waar altijd wat gezelligheid om me heen is :)) Verder hou ik ervan om lekker actief bezig te zijn en ben ik eigenlijk altijd in voor gezelligheid of een spontaan plan. My name is Rui Marques, I am Portuguese and 25 years old. I am looking for a studio/apartment/house for me and my girlfriend, Joana Ferreira, Portuguese and also 25 years old.  Both of us are doing our PhD in Cancer Researcher in Portugal, together with the Leiden University Medical Center. Our monthly payment is provided by the Foundation for Science and Technology, which is the government entity in Portugal responsible for paying PhD students. Each of us earns 2218€ per month, with also a first additional income for housing deposits and travel. We can provide the needed documents to prove this. Both of us are well humored, calm, organized and unproblematic people. We both give a lot of importance to a clean, organized and quiet home.We enjoy hanging out and getting to know new places, go on walks and participate in the community around us but also enjoy cozy days at home watching movies and TV shows. I must add that I have already lived in Leiden for 6 months from july to december 2025 (I can also send proof of this and provide contact of my previous landlords ). This gives me already a notion of what it is like living in the Netherlands. Additionally we have 2 small dogs. Well behaved, trained and used to live indoors. Because of that we are open to pay a caution of value that you see fit. To show you we are serious in staying in the Netherlands and that we are able to deal with rental we are open to pay upfront X months of rent (depending on the rent amount). We can move in on the first weeks of March. As we are in Portugal currently we are not able to visit the apartment. Hi everyone! I’m Leonardo (23), born in Ottaviano (Naples, Italy). I’m a chronically curious person who loves learning new things.
