Hoi, Ik ben Michael (19) en ik studeer momenteel Mechanical Engineering in Arnhem. Vanaf september ga ik studeren aan Maastricht University en daarom ben ik op zoek naar een plek voor mezelf in Maastricht, het liefst met een eigen badkamer, toilet en keuken. Op dit moment woon ik al zelfstandig in een studentenhuis in Arnhem. Dat bevalt prima, maar ik merk dat ik inmiddels graag een eigen plek zou hebben waar ik rustig kan wonen en studeren en echt mijn thuis van kan maken. Ik ben rustig en sociaal, maar geen feestganger. Ik rook niet, heb geen huisdieren en ik vind het belangrijk dat een woning netjes en schoon blijft. Naast mijn studie werk ik bij Albert Heijn en wil dit ook graag weer in Maastricht doen. Mijn ouders werken bij het Europees Octrooibureau en een internationale school in Den Haag en staan volledig garant voor de huur, de huur is dus altijd geregeld. Xx Op dit moment is er geen kamer beschikbaar. Xx Wij zijn een gezin (een vader, 2 dochters 23/25, studentes). Ze wonen op kamers in Den Haag en Leiden en studeren aan een universiteit. We hebben ervaring met het verhuur van kamers, ook voor een van de buren in de straat wat voor beide partijen goed was bevallen. Ruim 6 maanden lang hebben studentes uit Polen, Italie, Spanje, Frankrijk, Chili, Nederland, Turkije, Slovakia, Frankrijk, Indonesië en studerend in Leiden en Den Haag hier een kamer gehuurd. Er zijn 2 privékamers voor studenten beschikbaar en soms tijdelijk een kamer die voor een korte periode als wisselkamer wordt gebruikt. Dit adres is eerder gescreend door TakeCareBnB/Rode Kruis en de eigenaar heeft een VOG-verklaring vanwege meerdere opvang van Oekraïense vluchtelingen maar die zijn inmiddels elders onder gebracht. Delen van het huis wordt op dit moment verduurzaamd en gerenoveerd, maar we proberen zo min mogelijk het overlast te beperken. De aangeboden kamers zijn klaar voor gebruik en waren tot voor kort verhuurd aan een studente uit Spanje/Chili en Polen. Referenties zijn beschikbaar. Vanwege de samenstelling van het gezin en inrichting van het huis, willen we enkel een studente van het vrouwelijke geslacht die Nederlands en/of Engels spreekt. Voldoe je daar niet aan, dan heeft het geen zin om te reageren. Mijn Engels is matig/redelijk maar communiceren lukt prima. De sfeer is heel relaxed en behalve huishoudelijke afspraken kan je lekker jezelf zijn. Je zal je snel thuisvoelen en een introductieprogramma rond Leidschendam is mogelijk. Ook is er een kaart beschikbaar waarmee je gratis of met korting naar sommige musea kan gaan. Westfield The Mall is een van de grootse winkelcentra van Europa en is 10 minuten fietsen hier vandaan en in de omgeving is ook een heel mooi natuurgebied. In 30 minuten sta je in het centrum in Den Haag of sta je op het strand in Scheveningen. Gebruik van de wasmachine, droger en wasmiddel is inbegrepen. Because of the composition of the family and the layout of the house, we only want a quiet female student who speaks Dutch or English. If you don't comply with that, there's no point in responding. My English is not perfect and good communication is necessary if you live in 1 house. The atmosphere is very relaxed and there are few rules except for household arrangements. You will quickly feel at home and safe.
