I would be the only tenant and I do not have any pets. Ideally, I am looking for a 1-bedroom apartment or a good studio, preferably furnished or semi-furnished, with BRP registration possible. My preferred budget is around €1,300–€1,500 per month, but I can consider up to around €1,650–€1,700 if the property is furnished and most service or utility costs are included. I am a quiet, responsible and tidy person. I value a clean and peaceful living environment and would take good care of the property. I would ideally like to move in by late October, but I can be flexible for a good option. A balcony, terrace, small garden, bicycle storage or parking would be a nice bonus, but none of these are essential.
