Hoihoi! Ik ben Elise en op dit moment 18 jaar oud. Ik ben een echte brabo (maar praat wel Nederlands😉) en ben daarom op zoek naar een kamer, zodat ik niet de hele tijd heen en weer hoef te reizen voor mijn studie. Hi everyone! I’m Nils, 24, and about to start my Master’s degree (Modern and Contemporary History) in Utrecht after wrapping up my Bachelor’s in Political Science and History. I’ve spent the last 10 years working in gastronomy as a bartender and waiter – first in my father's restaurant back in Nuremberg and later while studying in Mainz. It keeps me on my toes, makes me easy to talk to, and taught me how to actually keep things clean without being weird about it. Having lived in WGs for the past 4 years, I know how shared flats work: I completely respect personal space, but I’m always down for cooking together, grabbing a cold beer, or having a good chat in the kitchen (I also love cooking for people while trying out new recipes). When I’m not studying or working, I’m usually into photography, music, and politics. I’ve been more or less active in grassroots politics for years, through which I’ve met incredible people and gained new perspectives, keeping me pretty open-minded and engaged with what’s going on around me. Hallo! We are Marie (27) and Simon (28) and after several years of a long-distance relationship, we are excited to finally start our life together in the Netherlands. We first met during our Erasmus exchange in Helsinki, Finland, in 2021. Since then, we've supported each other through our studies and careers while living in different countries. Now, this new chapter brings us to the Netherlands, where we are looking forward to building a home together.
