Hoi! Ik ben Anna (17) en ik woon in Hippolytushoef (Noord-Holland). Hoi! Ik ben Sofie, een Belgische die na drie prachtige jaren in Zwitserland vanaf midden november de bergen inruilt voor Nederland. Ik ga als universitair docent aan de Universiteit Leiden werken en ben daarom op zoek naar een fijne, gemeubelde plek in Leiden of omgeving. Ik woon ondertussen al zo’n 10 jaar met anderen samen en vind het oprecht leuk om een huis te delen. Vanaf november 2026 zal ik als promovendus (PhD candidate) aan de TU Delft beginnen. Mijn bruto maandsalaris zal ongeveer €3.200 bedragen en ik ben op zoek naar een woning voor de lange termijn, bij voorkeur voor minimaal twee jaar. Ik ben een rustige, nette en verantwoordelijke niet-roker en ik heb geen huisdieren. Ik ga zorgvuldig met mijn woonruimte om en ben op zoek naar een fijne en stabiele plek om tijdens mijn PhD-onderzoek te wonen. Momenteel verblijf ik nog in het buitenland, maar dit vormt geen probleem voor een bezichtiging: een collega die al in Delft woont, kan de bezichtiging namens mij bijwonen. Ik kan uiteraard mijn arbeidsovereenkomst, bewijs van inkomen en andere benodigde documenten aanleveren indien gewenst.
