Hi everyone! My name is Francesco, I’m 27 and I’m moving from Italy to Amsterdam to start a Master’s degree in Clinical Developmental Psychopathology at VU in September 2026. I’m looking for a room in a shared apartment from August onward (but flexible). I’d love to find a friendly and easygoing house where people enjoy spending time together occasionally, while still respecting each other’s space and routines. I already have experience both with shared housing and living on my own, and I’d describe myself as clean, considerate and sociable. I enjoy creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere at home. Outside of studying, I’m really into music — I play guitar and synths and love going to concerts. I also enjoy bouldering, hiking, spending time outdoors and thrift shopping. Een omgeving waar duidelijkheid, veiligheid en wederzijds respect centraal staan, en waar zij een betrouwbare en overzichtelijke basis vindt om zich op haar toekomst te kunnen richten. Betrokkenheid en begeleiding vanuit ons is daarbij mogelijk. De bedoeling is dat je onderdeel wordt van het huishouden, bijvoorbeeld door gezamenlijk (avond) te eten en het huishouden te delen, zoals gebruikelijk in een gedeelde woonomgeving. Bij wederzijdse tevredenheid is een langer verblijf bespreekbaar.

About me: I am Bernardo, but everyone calls me Bernie, I am 21 years old (22 in August :)), I am from Portugal and this will be my second year living abroad in the Netherlands, as a student. To continue my MSc in Biomedical engineering at the university of the Twente, I will be doing an internship at the Radboud University Medical Center from September to January (winter semester). For this reason, I am looking for housing approximately within that period! I am used to shared living, and I am absolutely comfortable living with any gender. I like to socialize and chill with my roommates, whether to do more cozy activities like playing games, watching movies and cooking or to grab a drink and go on a night out. In terms of shared living, I would say that I am a respectful person, always being aware of the noise I make, while being tidy and give my roommates their space! Personality wise, I am really into neuroscience, I am really passionate on knowing how the brain works and how we can model it. I love watching movies, playing games and listening to music on my headphones :). I also enjoy going to the gym and doing outdoor activities!
