From late October to late January, I will be in Amsterdam as a visiting researcher at the University of Amsterdam (QUVA Lab) working on my Master’s thesis. My stay is fully funded by an Erasmus+ grant, and I also work part-time remotely as an AI Engineer. Because of my 3-month stay, municipal registration is not strictly required. As a housemate, I am quiet, clean, tidy, and very respectful of shared living spaces and house rules. During the week I will be spending most of my day at the research lab, while in my free time I enjoy playing tennis, working out outdoors, and exploring the city. I am a non-smoker and have no pets. Hi! I’m Andrei, 24, and I currently work full-time in sales for an agro-export company. I’m looking for a nice place in Rotterdam where I can stay for the longer term. I’m easygoing, clean and respectful, and I have several years of experience living in rented places and with roommates. During the week I’m usually busy with work, so I really appreciate having a calm and comfortable home to come back to. At the same time, I also enjoy having a good dynamic with the people I live with. I used to do quite a lot together with my old roommates and I honestly miss that a bit, so I’m always happy to have a chat, cook or eat together, watch something, play a game or join in on something fun when it works out. Recently I’ve also gotten really into cycling. I like biking around Rotterdam, exploring different parts of the city and sometimes even cycling between cities. Ik ben rustig, geduldig, makkelijk in de omgang, netjes en vriendelijk. Ik ben op zoek naar een rustige plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen, lekker kan koken en een fijne, stabiele basis heb van waaruit ik naar mijn werk kan gaan. Ik ben midden veertig en doordat ik met veel studenten werk, heb ik een brede blik en een open mind.
