I'm 24 years old and I'm a jazz musician, and this year I'll be studying at Codarts on an Erasmus program ☺️ To give a little context about who I am and where I come from: I'm from Spain and I've been a musician for more than ten years. Throughout my life, I've learned to play a few instruments (saxophone, piano, flute, bass, etc.), but my favorite is definitely the saxophone. I'm currently studying in Valencia, but I'm from a nearby city called Castellón (small and pretty), where you can be at the beach in 20 minutes by bike and where it seems like it's almost always spring. I am passionate about art, and I love making plans that have to do with it (visiting museums, seeing concerts, painting, designing... basically anything). I enjoy nature and making plans for the outdoors, I love animas, meeting new people, going out, going to the gym, going to a bar for a drink, among other things. But most of the time I like to be by myself at home. I love having time for myself, and probably my favorite thing in the world is to stay at home with a blanket and read, watch a movie, listen to music, or just relax. That's why I think it's very important to have a quiet and healthy living enviroment. And finally, I consider myself a very tidy and clean person who is easy to live with. Hey friends, it’s my first time venturing out into this form of finding a place while traveling. This is the first summer we are able to stay away from our home for more than 2 weeks and we’re looking for a local experience rather than a hotel (having just left the corporate world). My wife and I are both psychologists and I am a masters student at Oxford University (part time) while we both run a training center in applied mindfulness and psychology. I hold a bachelors in chemical engineering and a double masters in applied positive psychology and mindfulness. My wife is a clinical psychologist. We live in Dubai, where our work and life is built. For this summer we are planning to spend a month in Oxford (as I complete my thesis), a month in Amsterdam, and a month in Portugal — where we have a home (our little fur child — a red haired Shiba Inu — is at our extended family home, we couldn’t bring her with us due to restrictions in the UK 👎). We found a home for our stay at Oxford and now looking for a home for our stay in Amsterdam (or nearby) We are tidy, organized and enjoy quiet mornings and quiet evenings. A cafe nearby to read at and a park and shopping area to enjoy. That for us is an ideal vacation.
