I am very interested in renting your property and would like to introduce myself as a potential tenant. I am a responsible, quiet, and organized individual who is moving to the Netherlands to focus on my studies and build my academic future. I understand the importance of maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful living environment, and I would treat the property with great care and responsibility. Ideally, I am looking for a contract of at least 12 months, as I am planning to stay for the full academic year and possibly longer. Alongside my studies, I will also be working, which ensures that I have a stable income and can reliably meet all rental payments. Furthermore , my parents can be listed as guarantors in order to meet the income conditions. I am very motivated to find a stable and comfortable home where I can focus on my studies and daily life.

Ik ben Philine en ik ben 19 jaar (in oktober wordt ik 20). Ik woon woon in de buurt van Rotterdam. Komend studiejaar begin ik aan de studie Notarieel recht. Ik vind het leuk om regelmatig te koken en bakken, zoals lekkere pasta’s of kardemom buns. Daarnaast vind ik het ook leuk om thuis koffie’s te maken, maar ergens in de stad een koffie halen vind ik ook hartstikke leuk. Ik ga ook graag naar musea en vind het ook leuk om zelf creatief bezig zijn (breien of naaien). Ik ga soms ook naar concerten van bijvoorbeeld Olivia Dean en Tom Misch en luister ook graag naar Deense muziek, ook al spreek ik de taal niet haha. Op dit moment ben ik ook veel op de golfbaan te vinden, ik speel al lange tijd golf en ik vind het heerlijk om in de buitenlucht rond te lopen en mijn spel te verbeteren. Het lijkt me erg gezellig om met elkaar leuke dingen te doen, maar ik vind het ook fijn om tijd voor mezelf te hebben. Ik ben netjes en georganiseerd, heel betrouwbaar en ook wel bescheiden, maar vind het zeker belangrijk om zo nu en dan gezellige dingen te ondernemen en er voor elkaar te zijn.
