About to graduate from my master's, looking for a house to move in July.

Hi, my name is Romeo, i am 44 years old from Romania. Currently working in Schiphol area in a logistics warehouse , via an agency for a few months now.The work is being done in three shifts. I believe i have the maturity to be a decent tenant/ house mate.I am clean , quiet , don't like to waste resources( lights on for no reason, heating always off when i am not at home , etc.) I am a smoker but smoking is always done in the smoking area(balcony , garden ) never inside.
