As I am now single since the start of 2024, I have accomplished several goals; I moved the production kitchen to a space on the center of Amsterdam with a retail store in the front. It is one of the only spaces uniquely with a kitchen (allowing public visits on the fermenting process, workshops and education), a store and farmers market.
