Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Hi! I’m Simon, an 18-year-old german student from Berlin. I’ve been accepted into the AKI, where I’ll be studying Crossmedia Design. Moving to the Netherlands is a big step for me, and I’m really looking forward to meet new people and start studying what I love. I'm also excited to learn Dutch. In my free time, I love playing various instruments (mostly electronic, so noise won't be that much of an issue with headphones), drawing, photographing and table tennis.
