Hey, so a bit of context, I'm 24, finishing up my engineering degree at RWTH Aachen and moving over from September for an internship at ASML. I just want to be upfront that I'm a low-maintenance guy who treats a home with respect, keeping things clean and the noise down. Realistically I'll be pretty busy with work most of the week, and on weekends I'm usually in Maastricht seeing friends, so the room won't see much wear and tear. I speak German, English, and Bulgarian, so language isn't an issue, and I've lived in a few different cities already so settling in somewhere new isn't really a problem for me. My current rental agreement has expired, so I am searching for a new place to live for the coming academic year. I am a quiet, responsible and respectful tenant. In my free time, I enjoy reading, walking, cooking, sewing and other creative crafts. For the past two years, I rented a room in the home of a Dutch family, where we had a very positive experience, without any issues. I am able to provide further information about financial support, a guarantor, references from my previous landlord and proof of enrollment, as needed. I am about to study at Utrecht University so now I am looking for accommodation. I am a friendly girl who like nature and exploring and I also enjoy playing sports and trying new sports. I like to crochet sometimes but I also like to watch a movie or to just take it easy. We have 2 dogs at home so I don't mind pets in the household. I would in fact really love to stay in a household with pets but I am also good in a household without pets. I have previous experience with living abroad and living with other people from studying abroad and living in a student house. So I know what it requires of me and to be respectful other people's space.
