Hi allemaal, Ik ben Frieda en op zoek naar een kamertje in de regio Delft. Daar ga ik namelijk (als ik mijn examens haal en een kamer vind) bouwkunde studeren :) Ik vertel wel ff wat over mezelf: Ik ben groot fan van (oudere) films en series kijken en ook piano spelen vind ik erg leuk! Daarnaast vind ik het leuk om met mijn handen wat om te prutsen door bijvoorbeeld te tekenen of verven. Ik ben ook niet vies van bakken. Ook vind ik het leuk om buiten te zijn om paarden te verzorgen en rijden of te wandelen. First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 27K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. If you have any doubts, I can explain the full work situation in detail. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 32 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing.
