Hi! I am Mariana Peña (24), and I’m originally from Mexico. I moved to the Netherlands for my master's at the VU. I’ll be graduating this summer and starting my career in sustainability. So I’m now looking for a place, preferably in the Amsterdam area. I am clean, organized, and respectful. I have experience with shared housing in the Netherlands, so I’m used to adapting to others’ routines and sharing communal areas. I don’t smoke and generally prefer a calm living environment, but I am easygoing and can adapt. I love crafts, journaling, museums, boardgames and puzzles. My daily life is pretty calm and chill, and I expect it to stay that way when I start working full-time and on the weekend, explore the city and visit new places. My mother tongue is Spanish, I speak English, and I am learning Dutch. My ideal environment is a place that feels nice and cozy due to a respectful/friendly environment. I actually prefer a shared living arrangement over a private studio due to the little community that we can create, but if a more independent vibe is preferred, that´s also okay with me.
