In mijn vrije tijd werk ik meestal aan het afronden van mijn promotietraject op het gebied van moleculaire biologie van bloedkanker. Ik spreek goed Nederlands, Engels, Russisch, Oekraïens. Ik versta veel Duits en Pools. Ik rook niet, heb geen luide hobby's en houd gemeenschappelijke ruimtes schoon. Melissa heb ik in november 2025 uit een asiel in Oekraïne opgehaald. Ze is 3 jaar oud, gesteriliseerd. Ze voelt zich snel thuis op nieuwe plekken. In het asiel woonde ze samen met andere katten.
