Hello, I am Ivo, an 18-year-old Bulgarian, a future student of Computer Science in TU/e, who is looking for a long-term accommodation /a room or a 2-bedroom apartment which to share with a fellow student/ in the Eindhoven area. I believe I would be an ideal tenant and housemate for the following reasons: • Reliability & Respect: I am tidy, clean, responsible and easygoing person, who respects other people's boundaries and privacy. I am communicative and like building lasting, friendly relationships, so I would enjoy socializing with my housemates. My hobbies are sports, movies and a healthy lifestyle. My focus, however, will be my academic performance. • Proven Dutch Rental History and Financial Stability: My rent will be paid by my parents as guarantors with sufficient funds (8x rent), in the same flawless and diligent manner as they used to do that for my sister in the past 3 years (a recommendation letter from her landlord can be provided upon request). • I would appreciate an online viewing, however, an in-person visit on my behalf can be done by my sister who lives nearby, in Tilburg, or if preferred, I could also fly in personally for a face-to-face meeting. • I am flexible with the move-in date but it should be in August 2026, at the latest. I just finished my MSc in International Financial Management at the University of Groningen, and I'm now in the transition from studies into my first proper job in finance and analytics. I'm giving up my room in Groningen at the end of April and looking for a place for up to six months while I settle into work. I can move in as soon as possible and I'm flexible on the exact start date. On the practical side: rent is fully covered. My parents are supporting me through this transition period, and I'm happy to provide proof of funds or a guarantor if that's useful. I may also pick up a small side job in the meantime for a bit more independence. As a housemate I'm tidy, I like having a routine, and I'm easy to live with. I don't smoke and I don't have any pets.
