My name is Lorenzo, I’m a 26-year-old PhD student from Italy, and I’m looking for a room, studio, or apartment in Delft (or nearby well-connected areas) from October 1st, 2026, to March 31st, 2027 (6 months). I need a place where municipality registration (inschrijven) is possible, and I’m open to both standard contracts and sublets. I hold a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Padova, and I will be at TU Delft for a 6-month research visit in Computational Fluid Dynamics at the Process & Energy Department. My stay is fully funded. I have over 7 years of experience in shared housing, so I’m very used to co-living routines. I am clean, organized, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. In my free time, I enjoy cooking dinners, playing board games, or going for outdoor walks with flatmates, while always respecting everyone's privacy and space. Since I am currently in Italy, I won't be able to attend viewings in person, but I would be happy to schedule a video call to meet and see the room. Hoi, Ik ben Jelmer, 23 jaar en afkomstig uit het mooie Gorinchem. Ik heb voor de zomer mijn bedrijfskunde bachelor gehaald en vanaf februari ga ik een master Finance in Amsterdam volgen. In de tussentijd werk ik vier dagen in de week bij Capital Value ( een consultancy bedrijf in het zorg en woonvastgoed). In mijn vrije tijd drink ik graag speciaalbiertjes in de zon, heb ik mijn hele leven gehockeyd (wat ik in Utrecht weer wil oppakken) en ben ik vaak in de sportschool te vinden. Op een zonnige zaterdag sta ik ook graag te dansen op een festival.
