I’m just looking for a room for that, doesn’t matter how many people I would live with. And im connected with a car/bicycle/motorbike. The studies represent myself quiet a bit, I’m social and most of the times an uplifting person, who enjoys being active outside and calm, creative inside. A good connection to people and to nature is important to me, up for a chill morning walk/coffee as much as a night out on the weekend. Living abroad (Australia) for 2 years helped me to live on my own and with other people in a small place, to keep private space for everyone, but to be social in the right moments as well and to clean up after myself for a good living environment. My main interests in life are different kind of sports, music and traveling, enjoying nature, good conversations, or quality time with people and to do random things to have fun with. Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Een schoon en opgeruimd huis vind ik erg belangrijk. Ik ben dan ook gewend om netjes met spullen om te gaan en pas me moeiteloos aan aan een schoonmaakrooster of gezamenlijke huisregels.Ik hoop dat dit verhaal u aanspreekt en ik maak graag kennis met u tijdens een bezichtiging. Hoi, ik heet Suzie(19) en start 1 september aan de opleiding forensisch onderzoek bij Saxion. Ben op zoek naar een kamer per 1 augustus. Ik kan langskomen om te hospiteren maar omdat ik in Zuid-Limburg woon zou ik een eerste kennismaking graag online willen doen. Ik ben een rustige, gezellige meid, hou van muziek, concerten bezoeken en kook en bak graag (poffertjes anytime!). Kan ook heel lekker Aziatisch koken😋😋, en vind het leuk om samen dingen te organiseren. Hou van haken, netflixen en hardlopen. Een huis met maximaal 6 huisgenoten en niet al te ver van Saxion zou perfect zijn.
