Mijn naam is Liv (21) en ik studeer Advertising & Beyond aan de Willem de Kooning Academie. Ik hou van fotografie, graphic design en theater. Momenteel woon ik in Den Haag, maar samen met mijn goede vriendin en klasgenoot Rhiannon (19) ben ik op zoek naar een woning in Rotterdam, zodat wij dichter bij onze opleiding kunnen wonen en ons daar voor langere tijd kunnen vestigen. Rhiannon komt oorspronkelijk uit Ierland en woont inmiddels al een jaar zelfstandig in Rotterdam. We zijn netjes, georganiseerd en hechten veel waarde aan een rustige leefomgeving. We vinden het leuk om tijd door te brengen met vrienden maar we vinden een kalm huis ook belangrijk en houden we altijd rekening met onze buren. Naast onze studie hebben wij allebei een stabiele bijbaan. Rhiannon werkt in een Ierse pub en ik werk in het weekend bij conceptstore Voorlopig. We kunnen beiden inkomensbewijzen aanleveren en indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. We zijn verantwoordelijke huurders en gaan zorgvuldig om met onze woonruimte. Wij zouden idealiter rond juli/augustus willen verhuizen, willen ons beiden inschrijven op het adres en kunnen alle benodigde documenten snel aanleveren. Daarnaast roken we niet en hebben we geen huisdieren. Graag stellen wij ons verder persoonlijk aan u voor tijdens een bezichtiging.

Ik zal alvast iets over mezelf vertellen: Ik ben een 3e jaars student architectuur. Op dit moment loop ik stage in Amsterdam. In september begin ik aan mijn examenjaar in Maastricht. Ik ben een rustig en creatief persoon. Naast mijn studie ga ik graag naar de film en vind ik het leuk om te bakken.

I have been living in Amsterdam for almost three years and am currently studying my bachelor's at Amsterdam University College, specializing in media and film. I am also working as a content creator intern at DokaLab, a startup that makes black and white photo printing kits, which is located in Sloterdijk. I'm a very social person who's easy to get along with, but do most of my socializing outside and rarely have people over, which I know can be an issue with sharing an apartment. I'm therefore not really into partying or drinking at home and prefer doing calmer, quieter things. I'm also very clean and tidy, don't smoke and like to cook. Currently, in my free time, I love watching movies, photography, video editing, crocheting, scrapbooking, and doing miscellaneous activities in the center.

I’m Cristina, 25 years old, and I’ve been living in Amsterdamfor a while now. I work full-time in digital marketing as a team lead at an agency, and besides that I also run my own jewelry art studio at Treehouse NDSM. Most of my free time somehow ends up in the studio making jewelry or metal sculptures, which I genuinely love. I’d say I’m a very open-minded, friendly, and easygoing person. I like having a warm and comfortable home atmosphere, where everyone feels relaxed and at ease. Outside of work, I’m into cooking, dinners with friends, jazz music, and all the small cozy things that make a place feel like home.
