Hoi! Ik ben Liena en ik ben 18 jaar en woon momenteel nog thuis in Wageningen. Vanaf eind augustus verhuis ik naar Enschede omdat ik ga starten met de opleiding Forensisch Onderzoek aan Saxion. In mijn vrije tijd korfbal ik bij KV Wageningen, een van de grotere korfbalverenigingen van de regio. Daarnaast houd ik erg van lezen en puzzelen. Ik vind het leuk om dingen uit te pluizen en op te lossen, wat ook goed aansluit bij mijn studie die ik komend najaar ga beginnen . Hoewel ik nog niet op mezelf heb gewoond, kijk ik er juist naar uit om die stap te zetten. Ik ben zelfstandig, netjes en vind het belangrijk om rekening met elkaar te houden. Ik ben altijd wel in voor een praatje of een gezamenlijke activiteit, maar kan me ook prima vermaken met een boek of een puzzel. Geachte verhuurder, Per 1 juli ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige kamer/studio in omgeving centraal Nederland. Mijn huidige woonruimte komt te vervallen doordat mijn huisgenoot vertrekt(Gaat samenwonen met zijn vriendin) — ik zoek dus een eigen plek met iemand samen of waar ik volledig op mezelf kan wonen. Ik ben werkzaam in de marketing/sales, een sector die vraagt om doorzettingsvermogen, communicatieve kracht en betrouwbaarheid — eigenschappen die ik ook als huurder meeneem. Ik ben sociaal van aard, maar weet ook goed wanneer ik rust nodig heb en hoe ik mijn eigen tijd structureer. Thuis laad ik op: met een goed boek over geschiedenis, een avond achter mijn computer of een goede film/serie. Wat u van mij kunt verwachten: een huurder die zijn zaken op orde heeft, zorgvuldig omgaat met zijn woning en geen overlast veroorzaakt. Ik zoek geen tijdelijke oplossing, maar een plek waar ik mij minimaal het komende jaar kan focussen op mijn werk en om de omgeving te leren kennen. Verder heb ik momenteel een auto van de zaak. Deze moet ik wel kwijt kunnen in de omgeving. Een stukje lopen vind ik niet erg. Ik zou het fijn vinden om kennis te maken en hoop dat we voor 1 juli tot een goede overeenkomst kunnen komen.
