Hi! Starting in September 2026, I will begin my MSc in Space Engineering at the Technical University of Delft. I am interested in renting a property in order to have an accommodation for the duration of my studies, that would cover approximately two years. I am willing to start the rent as soon as possible, and pay a few months worth of rent in advance if necessary. I am looking for at least 6 months of rent, though 12 would be better, and 24 would be ideal. I will be moving to the Netherlands from Faenza, in Italy, where I currently live with my parents and my brother in a house we own. My father is a mechanical engineer, while my mother is a physics major; they both work as high school teachers with a permanent contract in the Italian public school system. They will be my guarantors for the rent. I graduated my BSc in December 2025, at the faculty of Aerospace Engineering of the University of Bologna; during my bachelor years I took part in a student rocketry project as a technical department leader, and contributed to the participation of my team to the European Rocketry Challenge 2025 in Portugal. I am a calm, quiet and respectful person. I have no pets, I do not smoke, nor do I play any instruments, and I am confident that I will be a reliable and responsible tenant. I will be focusing my efforts on my studies for the next two years, and will be thankful to whoever helps me realize my dreams by allowing me to rent their property.
