I’m Alina, 24, originally from Moldova, I’ve lived in the Netherlands for 6 years now, first 5 in Maastricht for my studies, and since last September in Amsterdam for my first “real job” as a Sustainability Coordinator. I love Amsterdam and I’m here to stay. I’m looking for a place that actually feels like home, calm, cozy, with good energy and people I can genuinely share a space with. Not just a room. A bit about how I live: I work hybrid (9 to 5, half office half home), so I’m around during the day sometimes. I’m a creature of routine: work, gym, cook, read, sleep, repeat. I love running, I love a good café, I love keeping the house stocked with toilet paper and cleaning supplies (yes, really, it’s a personality trait at this point 😄). In the weekends I’m often with my partner who lives in Delft, so the flat gets some breathing room. When he comes over, we’re the definition of low-key, long walks, cooking together, talking too much about feelings. I’m emotionally mature, tidy without being obsessive, and I communicate openly, especially about house stuff. I’ve lived with housemates for years and I know what makes it work: honesty, respect, and actually caring about the shared space. I’m not looking for a best friend (though that would be a bonus 😊), just a home with good people and a calm atmosphere where I can properly land after a long day.
