I am a friendly and positive woman from the Northen part of Europe and Im looking for a home due to upcoming relocation to The Netherlands. I currently work for a large multi national company and am relocating from an office in Sweden to one of our offices in Leiden. Im passionate about my job and very much looking forward to work with my colleagues in Leiden. I work as an IT specialist in multiple disciplines and have a lot of responsibility when it comes to people and systems. My general rule is, I dont do drugs but I dont put my nose in what other people do. When not working I enjoy spending my time at home or walking around with my photographic camera. Im an avid amatour photographer and shoot both in digital and on film. As I am a computer nerd by nature I prefer spending the time at home tinkering with my computers and doing online activities. Next to that I like to spend the evenings watching films or series or reading a good book. When it comes to my home Im very protective of it and I have the need to keep everything in order. While not a party type of any sort I do understand the value of inviting people to the home for some fun but generally I prefer meeting people out on the town so during weekends I might prefer to spend the whole day in one of Europes big cities for some fun. Hoi! Mijn naam is Kylie en ik stuur dit bericht omdat ik interesse heb in de kamer en mezelf graag even wil voorstellen. Ik ga in september 2026 starten met de opleiding Leisure & Events Management aan Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas). De opleiding duurt vier jaar, en ik zou graag vanaf 1 augustus 2026 een kamer willen huren, zodat ik rustig kan wennen voordat mijn studie begint. Op dit moment ben ik 17 jaar en ik word 18 in april 2026. Ik ben een niet-roker en vind het belangrijk om goed om te gaan met mijn kamer en de gezamenlijke ruimtes. Vanwege het uit elkaar gaan na relatie na 14 jaar op zoek naar (tijdelijke) woonruimte. Dit mag zowel gestoffeerd als gemeubileerd zijn. Het liefst in de regio IJsselstein, Nieuwegein, Utrecht, met uitwijk naar max 20 km hier vanaf. Ik heb een zoontje van 2 jaar en een hondje, zij is bijna 5. Zij ligt rustig op de bank te wachten als ik van huis ben. beide zullen niet de gehele tijd bij mij verblijven maar met een regeling, om de week of andere afspraak. Ik werk parttime (36uur per week), elke maandag ben ik vrij en ik werk als IT Support in Utrecht. Ik verdien een bruto maand salaris van €2783,-. Ik ben een hele rustige huurder, ik ga niet uit, ik drink en ik rook niet. Ik hou van films kijken, muziek luisteren. Buitenshuis wandel ik graag of ga ik naar de speeltuin met mijn zoontje.
