Ik ben de 32 jarige Ryan van Davelaar, een avonturier in hart en nieren. Net weer terug in Nederland gekomen na ongeveer 2,5 jaar de wereld hebben rondgefietst. Nu wil ik mij weer even stabiliseren en genieten van de gemakken en routines voordat ik weer mijn vleugels spreid. Mijn ideale huurperiode is vanaf dit moment 15-9-2026 tot december/januari. Als persoon ben ik transparant, eerlijk, sociaal, humoristisch, gedreven, georganiseerd en spontaan.

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around €2400 monthly and €29k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully independent space is a goal of mine, it would be a great improvement to my current living conditions and open up new opportunities.

I’m Sara, I’m 29 years old and I’m Italian. I’m currently doing a PhD in Italy in Turin, where I’ve been living for the past 10 years. I’m originally from Sardinia, so I’m quite used to living far from home, moving around and living in rented apartments! Now I’m moving to Utrecht for a semester at the Science Park, and I’m really excited about this new experience. I would say I’m a very outgoing person.
