Ik heb in mijn schooltijd gewerkt in de Oekraïense vluchtelingenopvang in de catering en ben geïnteresseerd in maatschappelijke vraagstukken. Het lijkt me leuk om samen met anderen te wonen en tegelijkertijd doe ik soms ook graag mijn eigen ding. In mijn tussenjaar sport ik veel en maak ik schoon bij oudere mensen. Mijn kamer schoonhouden wordt dan ook geen probleem.

Hi! I am Mariana Peña (24), and I’m originally from Mexico. I moved to the Netherlands for my master's at the VU. I’ll be graduating this summer and starting my career in sustainability. So I’m now looking for a place, preferably in the Amsterdam area. I am clean, organized, and respectful. I have experience with shared housing in the Netherlands, so I’m used to adapting to others’ routines and sharing communal areas. I don’t smoke and generally prefer a calm living environment, but I am easygoing and can adapt. I love crafts, journaling, museums, boardgames and puzzles. My daily life is pretty calm and chill, and I expect it to stay that way when I start working full-time and on the weekend, explore the city and visit new places. My mother tongue is Spanish, I speak English, and I am learning Dutch. My ideal environment is a place that feels nice and cozy due to a respectful/friendly environment. I actually prefer a shared living arrangement over a private studio due to the little community that we can create, but if a more independent vibe is preferred, that´s also okay with me. Hoi! Ik ben Jildou, 31 jaar en op zoek naar een fijne woonplek in Nijmegen. Momenteel woon ik in Malden, maar zou graag weer terug willen verhuizen naar Nijmegen – dichter bij mijn werk en mijn sociale leven. Ik werk 36 uur per week in loondienst als content marketeer bij een reisorganisatie in Beuningen, en daarnaast werk ik nog een paar uur per week als zzp’er. In mijn vrije tijd houd ik me bezig met fotografie, design, reizen, wandelen en sport ik graag in de gym. Nu ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige woonruimte, studio of appartement in Nijmegen. Een lichte woning met eventueel een balkon, tuin of dakterras. Ik heb een auto, dus een parkeerplek zou fijn zijn (maar is geen must). Mijn voorkeur gaat uit naar een vast huurcontract. Ik heb geen opzegtermijn, dus ik kan er in principe direct in. Mijn maximale huurprijs ligt rond de €900 (excl.). Heb je een woning beschikbaar of weet je iets dat bij mij past?
