Ik ben student aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam en Lynn studeert aan de universiteit van Leiden (Den Haag campus). Allebei lenen wij het maximale bedrag (rond 1300 euro). Ik woon nu in Haarlem en Lynn woont in Den Haag. Beide hebben wij ook een bijbaan naast onze studie, wij zijn van plan om als wij ergens anders komen te wonen ook hier naast onze studie te gaan werken. We zijn allebei redelijk rustig en niet zo van feesten en uitgaan, vandaar dat we samen opzoek zijn naar een appartement of aparte studio's en niet op traditionele kamers willen gaan. Onze voorkeur gaat naar een woning in regio Den Haag, Leiden en omstreken, maar we staan open voor andere opties zoals regio Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht. My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. I treat everyone with respect and believe that compromises are a key to a comfortable relationships between tenants, as we are all interested in peacefull living with no conflicts. Terms of rental period: I am planning to come to the Netherlands for one semester, starting from September 1st, 2026, and ending on 1st of February, 2027. I've been living with roommates for the past four years while studying in Milan, so sharing a house is something I'm already used to. Hello! I'm Ashwin, a Master's student in Computer and Embedded Systems Engineering at TU Delft, currently moving into my second year. I am actively seeking a comfortable and well-situated apartment for a long-term stay, ideally commencing from the last week of July, for a minimum of one year. Having lived in Delft for the past year, I already know the city well and have settled into a reliable routine balancing my studies and part-time work. I pride myself on being a highly respectful, meticulously organized, and non-smoking tenant who deeply values a clean and peaceful living environment. Beyond academics, I am a calm and friendly individual, easy to get along with. I enjoy cooking, appreciate a quiet atmosphere at home, and occasionally unwind with friends or housemates. After a year of exploring Delft and the Netherlands, I feel very much at home here and am looking to continue that in a comfortable, stable living situation.

In september 2026 begin ik met de opleiding Docent Theater aan Fontys. Ik ben 18 jaar en woon momenteel in Hasselt (Overijssel), waardoor ik op zoek ben naar een leuke kamer in Tilburg.  Ik ben sociaal en gemakkelijk in de omgang en vind het leuk om 's avonds iets gezelligs te doen met mijn huisgenoten. Tegelijkertijd vind ik het ook fijn om af en toe mijn eigen ding te doen. Naast mijn studie vind ik het belangrijk om thuis ook tot rust te kunnen komen. Verder houd ik de gezamenlijke ruimtes netjes en houd ik me aan afspraken.

Ik ben Bram, 23 jaar oud en woon in Utrecht. Ik heb daar ook gestudeerd, en werk nu bij Essent als software developer. Omdat Utrecht zo’n fijne stad is, zou ik hier graag blijven wonen.  Ik houd mijn woning altijd rustig en schoon, rook niet en heb geen huisdieren. In mijn vrije tijd ga ik graag een rondje fietsen of een boek lezen in de zon. Zowel een zelfstandige woning als een met huisgenoten lijken me leuk, ik ben vooral op zoek naar een mooie locatie. Mijn naam is Noah. Op dit moment woon ik in Amsterdam waar ik afgelopen 20 jaar ben opgegroeid. Ik heb afgelopen jaar het eerste jaar fashion design afgerond aan het Amfi, maar zal vanaf September de bachelor Fashion Design year 1 aan ArtEZ volgen. Momenteel ben ik op zoek naar een fijne woonplek voor de komende jaren. Ik ben een enthousiast, rustig en verantwoordelijk persoon die veel waarde hecht aan een nette en rustige woonomgeving. Ik ben zelfstandig, maar ik vind het ook leuk om de mensen met wie ik samenwoon beter te leren kennen. Als groot koffieliefhebber vind ik het altijd gezellig om bij een lekker kopje koffie een praatje te maken, waarbij ik ieders privacy respecteer. Naast dat ik vaak serieus bezig ben met mijn studie, probeer ik leuke musea en tentoonstellingen te bezoeken, wandelingen te maken en rond te struinen zoekende naar nieuwe ingevingen. Verder werk ik nu vier jaar in de horeca in Amsterdam. Ik ben dan ook benieuwd naar de leuke plekjes in Arnhem. Wanneer nodig kunnen mijn ouders garant staan. Ik hoop hiermee een leuke kamer en huisgenoot te vinden.
