I'm quiet and easy to live with, but sociable too, I genuinely enjoy cooking, a shared meal or a beer in the evening, and I can just as happily have a calm night in. It really depends on the mood, I read the room and fit in. I like a home that actually works, where the kitchen gets used, where I do my share without being asked, and where I'll fix a small thing rather than let it sit. I'm tidy, low-drama, and I've never minded picking up a little slack for people I live with. Alongside my studies I intend to work as well, so my days are structured and my rhythm fits a working household. Hi! My name is Stefania, I’m 36 and I’m a visual artist from Greece. I studied Fine Arts in Greece and I’m moving to the Netherlands at the end of August. I’m planning to start my Master’s in Fine Arts in 2027, so I decided to move one year earlier. I want to have some time to settle in, get used to living in the Netherlands and work and save some money before I start my studies. I’m looking for a place where I can stay long-term and feel at home. I’m clean and organized and I’ve shared apartments before, both in Greece and abroad. I’m quite social and friendly, but I also like having my own space and I respect other people’s space too. I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets. I have my own income in Greece and I’m also planning to work in the Netherlands. I can provide financial documents and I also have a guarantor if needed.
